The hourly rate is $75, with a 2-hour minimum on Saturdays and Sundays.

Yes, we offer special rates for full-day (10 hours) rentals. Please inquire for details.

Rescheduling can be made up to 48 hours in advance before the reservation start time at no additional cost. All rentals are subject to availability.

Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours in advance before the reservation start time for a partial refund or rental credit.

Refunds: A refund processing fee of 3% will be subtracted from the total refunded amount. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear in a bank account or on a credit card.

Rental Credit: Rental credits will not endure a processing fee and will be automatically applied to your BLANC membership account for future bookings.

Any rescheduling or cancellations made after 48 hours are eligible for rental credit up to 75% of the original amount to go towards future bookings. All credits must be used within 6 months of the original reservation date. Please contact us if you need to reschedule or cancel your rental.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, hot water kettle, plates, cups and silverware

Yes, we provide basic cookware and utensils. If you have specific needs, please let us know in advance.

No, any cleaning fees are included in your studio rental. Event rentals will incur a $250 cleaning fee for rental 25 people or more.

The studio can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks.

Located just minutes outside of Downtown Fort Worth in Sunset Terrace. Studio entrance is located at: 2212 Peter Smith Street, Fort Worth, TX 76102. Free parking is available on location.
