Your rental includes access to our 2,750 sq ft BLANC Space—A multipurpose studio designed to support full-scale productions. Use it as a shooting space, client lounge, production hub, crew holding area, or craft services.

A 1,000 SQ FT fully equipped production studio with a pre-lit white cyclorama wall. Shoot in infinite space on our large 24’ x 22’ x 11’ pre-lit white cyclorama. The cyc wall can be painted upon request.

We provide a grip & electric equipment with every rental. Multiple c-stands, light stands, boom arms, apple box set, shot bags, clamps, flags, scrims, and more.

Our studio can accommodate most subcompact vehicles (under 72” wide and 80” tall).

Our ceiling are 13’ tall and 12’ to the grid.

Additional Info About Our Space

Rental hours vary per event but are generally any day of the week between 8:00 am - 12:00 am. Rentals outside standard business hours are available upon request and subject to availability. Please contact us with your specific needs.

Bookings can be made up to 6 months before the start of the scheduled event rental time. A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to book and will go towards your total balance. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your scheduled event rental time.
Please contact us if you’d like to schedule an event booking. Rentals are subject to availability. -
Things come up so we offer a flexible cancellation policy. Cancellations made up to 2 weeks in advance before the event rental start time will result in no additional fees.
Any cancellations made after 2 weeks will result in a $150 cancellation fee and full refund (minus the non-refundable deposit). Any cancellations made within 48 hours of your event rental start time will result in a $150 cancellation fee and partial refund of 75% (minus the non-refundable deposit). Please contact us if you need to reschedule or cancel your rental. -
Located just minutes outside of Downtown Fort Worth in Sunset Terrace. Studio entrance is located at: 2212 Peter Smith Street, Fort Worth, TX 76102. Free parking is available on location.
