We offer a multitude of flexible studio and office membership options to make your creativity profitable. Every one of our membership options comes with access to our studio spaces.

Community

Meet creators working towards the same goals. BLANC offers a hub for local artists to gather and create. Members will be able to work amongst and network with other creatives with the ability to host or attend BLANC led events.

Resources

From studio space to meeting room and lounge areas, members have access to a multitude of resources at their fingertips along with educational support from staff members. Members also receive promotional support from BLANC via website and social channels.

Centrally located near the heart of Downtown Fort Worth, BLANC is a short drive from Near Southside, West 7th, South Main Village, The Foundry District, Cultural District, University, Clearfork and the Stockyards.

24 studio hours per 3-month term to any of our studio space
8 meeting room hours

Pricing:
$1,575/3-month
*Full payment is due upfront. All hours must be used within a 3-month cycle. Unused hours expire at end of cycle.

Podcast

Our podcast membership - for those who love our Full Service Podcast capabilities and want to create content more regularly.

4 Studio hours per month to any of our podcast studios (2-hr minimum)

Private Office

Our private office membership - take advantage of monthly access to our Infinity studio, BLANC space, Podcast Studio and kitchen for endless creation. Our offices range from 116 sq. ft. to 360 sq. ft. and can comfortably fit 1-4 desks.
